  • To allow you to manage labour or worker attendance, payments, and personal transaction records.
  • To display personalized ads through Google AdMob.
  • To monitor, analyze, and improve App performance and functionality (e.g., crash reports, usage statistics).
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce Terms & Conditions, and resolve disputes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Consent: You provide data by registering and using the App.
  • Legitimate interests: To operate the App, prevent abuse, and serve relevant ads.
  • Legal obligations: To retain transactional records for tax or regulatory purposes.

5. Data Sharing

  • All data is stored on AWS servers located in India.
  • We retain transactional and account records for 7 years for regulatory compliance.
  • Other personal data is retained as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies to manage sessions, track usage, and deliver ads.

Cookies help us:

  • Keep you logged in
  • Understand App usage patterns
  • Deliver personalized advertisements via AdMob

Currently, the App is mobile-only, so tracking applies to app-specific identifiers rather than traditional browser cookies.

8. Your Privacy Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Delete your account, which will remove your personal data from our servers (except where retention is required by law).

  • The App displays ads via Google AdMob, and its partners may collect data in accordance with their own policies.
  • We may integrate analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and usage.
  • Data collected by ad networks or analytics providers is subject to their own privacy policies.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions or engage in abusive or illegal activity.
  • You may delete your own account at any time via the App.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
  • Updates will be communicated through the App or via email.
  • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India.
  • Disputes shall first be resolved through arbitration in Bhopal, India, in English, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • If arbitration fails, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
  • Each party bears its own legal costs unless decided otherwise by the tribunal.
